Well, the official Christmas holidays are over, so we can all start looking forward to New Year!

I propose that we adopt the rule that Santa hats MUST be ninja'd every time they drop. Other than those who already have one the first person to see the hat should attempt to take it without any consideration for the rest of the group.

This should be followed by a pretend hearthstoning , a shout of 'yoink' and massive recriminations by all others present.
