During the last few weeks the garrsion has been able to boast not one but two Grand Marshals. The fisrt Grysygonth half pint hunter and Sgtginger golden warrior. Both these epic achievers have been sailing the good ship perpoonerer for quite some time to reach the pinacle of PvP perfection. After a month or two of "thats it if you see me in a WSG again shoot me", expect to see both these guys doing a steve redgrave in TBC. 5 olympic gold medals = easy |

The Garrison has four teams working on end game content. This is an update of their progress. It's going to be a close one (complete with Chariots of Fire playing in the background) as Don's Johnson's pulled level with Team Grumpy once more with a Spine of Deathwing kill. While Grumpy are one week ahead on Madness attempts, The Johnson's will be coming into the fight with the 5% buff, assuming they decide to use it, making it too close to call which team will save Azeroth first. Stay tuned for the thrilling conclusion!
Also of note this week, it was The Muffins first official trip into Dragon Soul. This resulted in two kills the first night. Muffins will split their time between Firelands and Dragon Soul for the moment, as benefits their casual raiding ethic. The Garrison. Who said we were old? |

The Garrison has four teams working on raid content. This is an update of their progress. No soon had the Johnson's pulled along Grumpy with a Blackhorn did Team Grumpy move ahead again. He might be an insane Dragon Aspect with murderous blood, but that won't stop Team Grumpy from jumping all over his back. This leaves Grumpy with only Madness left to complete Dragon Soul. I expect them to complete the instance soon and start to attempt heroic modes.

Last night, a team of Revelations and The Garrison downed Kazzak! It was our first attempt on Kazzak, and he went down incredibly easily! Gratz to everyone who took part, and thanks to Revelations for thinking of us to assist them in the takedown. P. |

Well, the biggest congratulations to Måce on completing his Thunderfluffy (note, this is now the official Garrison name for it!) We looted the second half of the bindings on Monday evening in MC. A mere 20 hours later, the guild (as a collective) had managed to locate the required 100 Arcanite Bars and we proceeded to Silithus to defeat Thunderaan. Well, what a pushover he was! We had tried (in vain) to locate some strategies on the web, but couldn't. We approached it as a standard "Tank and spank" which was pretty much exactly what it was. Spank being the operative word, of course. I think it took us less than a minute! One notable moment was Måce in his excitement realising that his keyboard was broken, and relogging to fix it. "uhh, Måce, you're DI'ed you b00n" After that, we got a guild group into Alterac Valley and.. well.. spanked the Horde. Two AV wins in 2h 30m. Quite frankly, when the Horde saw Ginger with his big pooning stick, and Mace with his bigger pooning stick, they kinda turned and fled! So, gratz Måce on being our second Legendary holder in-guild.
