The Garrison has four teams running end game content. This is an update of their progress.
Team Grumpy started on heroic Dragon Soul this week, after an entirely expected and planned two hour clear the previous reset. After only two wipes Morchock / Kcohcrom fell to the might of the Grumpies resulting in what can only be described as optimism. Grumpy then also proceeded to complete a few achievements in Dragon Soul and are ready for harder challenges of Yoh'sahj and Zon'ozz next week.
While I'm very happy that Grumpy killed Morchock and his evil twin this week, their cheery attitude leads me to believe that they have in fact been replaced with counterparts from the mirror universe. Until the correct level of grumpiness and pessimism is restored, I have to rename them Team Ypmurg and insist that little beards are mandatory for all future raids.
Thats right the garrison can boast yet another Rank 14 achievement. Big Gz Mechanix, working those warlock wonders all over the bg. Mechanix will be leaving us for other pastures soon, we wish you every success in your next endevour
Well, thanks to Dinsane we've now moved The Garrison to a dedicated server hosted in Amsterdam.
As part of this move, our old Teamspeak server will soon be decommissioned, so please make sure your settings are now pointing to: ts.thegarrison.eu:8789
You will need to recreate your user account when you do so.
Look forward to lots of new features on the website soon!
The Garrison has four teams working on endgame content. This is an update of their progress.
This week Team Grumpy finished off Deathwing The Destroyer, saving Azeroth from a second Cataclysm and forever becoming heroes to all free people of the world. You would expect such a triumph to be heralded from the rooftops of Stormwind, as Team Grumpy flush with success boast of their achievement. One could also assume the raucous celebration that Grumpy partook in with music, entertainment, hypnotic dust and other party essentials.
Or not..."I think Ultraxion [was] yelled at more" was all Rudrig had to say about the kill. I guess Team Grumpy have a reputation to uphold.
The Muffins have also been continuing in Dragon Soul with two new bosses in their second night of raiding at the Hour of Twilight. Unfortunately the pictures were confiscated by two GiB (Gnomes in Black) who mentioned something about "knowing too much".
Finally we have a video of Don's Johnson's Spine of Deathwing kill recorded, edited and set to a great sound track by Ascension.
